RK3566 TV BOX

I obtained a cheap RK3566 TV BOX that runs Debian 12 with SWT6621S chip with is not in mainline linux kernel, thus using X88 Pro 20 version of Armbian not an option here.

Thre firmware came with it lack tun module leading Tailscale fail to start, but luckily compiling TUN module from exact same version of kernel works.
